Elongated female stoneware sculpture combining all of my ceramics skills including slab, coil building, pinch potting, and wheel throwing. This two foot tall goddess form reflects peace, gratitude, and offering in ceramic form. She looks towards her wheel thrown vase in her arms. The vase is meant to be interacted with in the form of arranging flowers, burning cleansing herbs, holding notes, prayers, holy water, or other sacred items.
She is 23" tall and glazed in the Mangum family Green glaze with Cobalt blue.
